We are currently looking for an Instructional Designer who will develop innovative sales learning content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eLearning and classroom curriculum including job aids, activities and participant guides
- Conduct needs analysis based on Customer requirements
- Manage Customer projects from initiation to completion, including communication of progress to key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject
- Master of Education, CTP or CTDP designation would be an asset
- Minimum of one-two years of instructional design experience and/or facilitation
- Experience developing storyboards for eLearning
- Experience developing curriculum for classroom-based training courses
- Strong Project management skills
- Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
