Lorella DePieri

Founder

During her years as a sales rep, Lorella realized that the common approach to selling just wasn’t working. Using her passion to help organizations achieve extraordinary business results, Lorella introduced Results by Design to the world in 1989. Her main drive was to unleash the natural talent, creativity and desire to excel that is inherent in everyone. As RbD became more and more successful, she became involved in facilitation, public speaking and executive coaching, guiding people through organizational and personal transformation.

She holds the position of Program Director for the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Sales Leadership at Schulich Executive Education Centre and is is Co-Founder of 1-Degree, an organization that serves and supports leaders to transform their cultures with agility in today’s complex world.

In her free time, Lorella enjoys swimming with dolphins off the coasts of Hawaii, spending time with her beautiful daughter and making new memories with her charming husband. Having an Italian background, she enjoys cooking and wine – and finds it all the better when it’s shared with friends and family.

Kerri Corturillo

Managing Partner

Kerri joined the RbD team in 2017, and we haven’t been the same since. She’s an experienced facilitator and sales coach, with over 20 years of experience working in BtoB sales and sales leadership roles. Kerri has led large scale sales development initiatives to transform sales cultures that have improved customer experience and sales achievement.

As well as a Master’s Degree in Adult Education focused on Workplace Learning, she also maintains her Ontario Certified Teaching designation. She is certified to deliver best in class sales development programs, and brings these essential skills to RbD.

Kerri has a passion for education and volunteers with The Learning Partnership, a non-profit organization to promote learning and workplace partnerships – but that’s not all she’s passionate about. With 2 kids, you can find her cheering on her 14 year old daughter at dance competitions and her 10 year old son at the hockey rink or the studio.
