Role Description

We are currently looking to complement our network with the addition of dynamic facilitators with adult learning certification and sales experience.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of sales methodology training to diverse employee groups
  • Coach sales professionals and sales leaders on the application of learning to enable sales achievement
  • Consult on sales process, training requirements and best practices to support sales success

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Adult Learning
  • 10 or more years relevant experience in sales
  • Bilingual – French/English a plus
  • Strong facilitation/ teaching skills
  • Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations or Sales Management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills that establish Trusted Advisor relationships with Customers
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a distributed team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in using web-based training platforms
