We are currently looking to complement our network with the addition of dynamic facilitators with adult learning certification and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of sales methodology training to diverse employee groups
- Coach sales professionals and sales leaders on the application of learning to enable sales achievement
- Consult on sales process, training requirements and best practices to support sales success
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Adult Learning
- 10 or more years relevant experience in sales
- Bilingual – French/English a plus
- Strong facilitation/ teaching skills
- Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations or Sales Management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills that establish Trusted Advisor relationships with Customers
- Strong organizational/time management skills
- Can work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in using web-based training platforms
