SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Role Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to manage Results by Design social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for writing, creating, posting, and optimizing content across Results by Design’s social media and digital platforms on a day-to-day basis
  • Take initiative to build stories around our Approach that targets sales professionals, sales leaders and Sales Effectiveness champions
  • Measure and report on performance of all social media marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • As the first responder on digital platforms, provide quick responses to inquiries via social media, ensuring excellent customer service and consistent brand experience for all followers
  • Manage relationships with third party social media vendors

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Certificate in Marketing, PR/Communications or Journalism or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media or community management
  • Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written with proven experience in writing for social platforms
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work independently and as part of a distributed team
  • Ability to write and speak in French is an asset
