We are currently looking for an Instructional Designer who will develop innovative sales learning content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eLearning and classroom curriculum including job aids, activities and participant guides
• Conduct needs analysis based on Customer requirements
• Manage Customer projects from initiation to completion, including communication of progress to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject
• Master of Education, CTP or CTDP designation would be an asset
• Minimum of one-two years of instructional design experience and/or facilitation
• Experience developing storyboards for eLearning
• Experience developing curriculum for classroom-based training courses
• Strong Project management skills
• Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Can work independently and as part of a distributed team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
